THE LAY’S DO US A FLAVOR SWEEPSTAKES (“SWEEPSTAKES”) IS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LAY’S® DO US A FLAVOR™ CONTEST (“CONTEST”). YOU MUST SUBMIT AN ENTRY IN THE CONTEST VIA THE ONLINE ENTRY METHOD IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. SWEEPSTAKES IS ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS RESIDING IN ONE OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. 1. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of any of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to participate: Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Frito-Lay, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, participating retailers, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) of each and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Sweepstakes).

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. (midnight) Central Time (“CT”) on July 20, 2012 and ends at 10:59:59 p.m. CT on October 6, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period is separated into seventy-nine (79) daily entry periods (each a “Day”). A “Day” is defined as each twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. CT and ending at the following 11:59:59 p.m. CT. The time clock of the Sponsor is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.

3. TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.facebook.com/lays (“Web site”) and follow the online instructions to register and submit your Contest entry (including your flavor name, up to 3 ingredients, and description) as described in the Contest Official Rules. All entries must be received and recorded within the Sweepstakes Period (which mirrors the Contest Entry Period). Your entry will be entered into the random drawing for the Day in which the entry was received. In the event of an identity dispute, entry will be considered made by the registered owner of the email address associated with the Facebook account used for entry. Entrants must have a valid email address. No other form of entry is valid. Entries submitted into the Contest via Text Message do not receive an entry into this Sweepstakes. You must have entered the Contest via the Facebook application (online method of entry) in order to receive an entry into this Sweepstakes.

4. DRAWINGS: Daily Prize winners will be selected for each Day of the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Day on or about the next business day following the Day. Entries will not carry forward to subsequent Daily drawings. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for a given Day. All drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization, whose decisions shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) prize per person/address/household per Day.
